  • 1 Mason Jar


  • 1/2 cup Blueberries 70 g
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract 2 g
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats 40 g
  • 3/4 cup Low-fat cottage cheese 160 g
  • 3/4 cup Fat-free milk 170 g
  • 1/2 oz Sliced almonds 10 g
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup


  • Mix berries, and vanilla, then mash them. Stir in oats, cottage cheese, and almond milk. It'll be thick; oats will soften over time. Multiply ingredients for extra days.
