  • 1 tbsp Sun Flower Seeds 28 g

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the sweet potato ahead of time by baking or air frying at 400 degrees for 20-30 min.
  • Assemble your bowl: Add your sweet potatoes, cottage cheese, and seeds to it and enjoy.
