Creamy Garlic Chicken

  • 28 oz Chicken Breast Boneless, Skinless, Raw
  • 4 cloves Garlic Fresh
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Herb Mix
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil

Cheesy Potatoes

  • 60 oz Potatoes Raw, Skin
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 5 g Herbs Mixed, Dried
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 120 g Milk Skim, Fat Free
  • 100 g Publix Cream Cheese, Lite, Soft
  • 40 g Parmesan Cheese Fresh, Hard
  • 50 g Mozzarella Cheese Fat-Free


  • Slice your chicken into cubes
  • Add fresh garlic, onion powder, mixed herbs, paprika, salt, chili flakes, and olive oil, and mix until the chicken is coated.
  • Slice potatoes and season with salt, garlic herbs, chili flakes, paprika, and olive oil.
  • Cook potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. (Make sure they are soft)
  • In a heated skillet, add your chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes. (high heat)
  • Next (lower the heat), add milk, creamy cheese, parmesan cheese, and leftover seasoning to your chicken. Mix until blended.
  • Add in your potatoes. Mix well and add the shredded mozzarella cheese.
