Ingredients
  

  • 24 Eggs Whole Egg 1056 g
  • 32 oz Egg Whites 907 g
  • 1 Slices Turkey Bacon 312 g
  • 1 Large Red Bell Peppers 149 g
  • 1 Large Green Bell Peppers 149 g
  • 1 Cup Diced Onion 194 g
  • 1 Dash Salt and pepper NA

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
  • Whisk the eggs and egg whites together
  • Chop the turkey bacon, red and green bell peppers, and onions
  • Grease a muffin tin with a small amount of butter or cooking spray.
  • Distribute the chopped turkey bacon and vegetables evenly into each muffin cup.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the turkey bacon and vegetables in each cup, filling them up to just below the rim.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the eggs are set. (About 15-20 mins) 
  • Let them cool a bit before serving.
