If you travel for work, you know how hard it is to eat well on the road. Three day trips can throw off your routine fast. Limited food choices. No kitchen. Only a microwave and a mini fridge. That is why I built this 3 day travel meal plan. It fits into one gallon bag. It gives you whole grains, lean protein, nuts, seeds, and fiber. It covers many nutrients that are hard to find in rural areas, airports, or conference centers.
This plan includes three breakfasts, three lunches or dinners, and two snacks per day. Everything is microwave friendly or simple assembly.

How to build your own three day bag
Use this plan as a system, not a strict rule. Think about foods that store well, pack easily, and work with a microwave. Aim for whole grains, lean protein, nuts, seeds, fruits, and vegetables. This method gives you predictable structure when you travel.
If you create your own versions or swap in new ideas, try them. Adjust foods you enjoy. Add more fruits and vegetables when you have access. Keep your plan simple so you can stay consistent.
