Know exactly what you need to be eating every day to hit your goals: Our dietitians will provide you with a detailed breakdown of number of calories, macro’s (protein, fats and carbs), fiber, fluids, vitamins and mineral.

Customized diet plan: Based on your goals, scheduling, and food likes and dislikes, our dietitians will craft a meal plan geared towards your specific goals. 

Week by week instructions: Your dietitian will send you video instructions on how to go about perparing your meal plan.

I AM A SOLO DIETITIAN AND MAKE EACH CUSTOM MEAL PLAN FROM SCRATCH. LIMIT 10 MEAL PLANS PER WEEK. I WILL POST A WAIT LIST ONCE FULL.
