  • 8 links Chicken sausage sliced 680 g
  • 4 medium Sweet potatoes diced Low fat 450 g
  • 1 whole Red bell pepper diced 238 g
  • 1 lb Green beans 450 g
  • 1 med Onion diced 110 g
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder 6 g
  • 1 tsp Onion powder 3 g
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil 14 g
  • Dash NA Salt and pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 375-400 degrees F.
  • Wash and cut your sweet potatoes, onions, and peppers. You can slice your chicken sausage into thin rounds or leave them whole.
  • Spread everything onto a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle on garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring once about halfway through. Enjoy!
