Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole Banana 118 g
  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries 149 g
  • 1 oz Oats 28 g
  • 1/2 oz Chia seeds 14 g
  • 1/2 cup Fat free milk 122 g
  • 1/2 cup Non-fat greek yogurt 113 g
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter 14 g
  • 1/2 scoop Whey protein powder 16 g
  • 1 scoop Creatine monohydrate 5 g

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding all of the solids to the blender
  • Then add in the protein powder and creatine
  • Lastly add the greek yogurt followed by the milk
  • Blend until you get a creamy consistency
