  • 35 g oatmeal regular or quick, dry
  • 200 g milk skim, fat free
  • 160 g cottage cheese nonfat
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp pancake syrup maple-flavored, sugar-free
  • 1 cup strawberries raw, halves
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds whole pieces


  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine 35 g of oatmeal and 200 g of skim milk. Stir well.
  • Add 160 g of nonfat cottage cheese and mix thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle in 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon and 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
  • Drizzle 1 tbsp of sugar-free maple-flavored pancake syrup and mix well.
  • Add 1 tbsp of whole chia seeds and stir until evenly distributed.
  • Cover the bowl or transfer the mixture to a jar with a lid. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  • Before serving, top with 1 cup of raw strawberry halves. Mix some strawberries into the oats, leaving a few on top.
